Issue 57: What the Public Thinks
NO. 57 RESOURCES FOR THE FUTURE, JANUARY-MARCH, 1978
This fourteenth annual Highlights issue of Resources gives an account of events and issues that were of special interest in 1977 and will be of continuing concern during 1978. The intent is to report events accurately and readably and to provide relevant background information and comment. The treatment is selective, representing the judgments of a number of RFF staff members, and does not purport to be a comprehensive roundup of resource and environmental issues. The views reflected here are those of individual staff members and are not official points of view adopted by Resources for the Future.
